Paid for a pair of boots. The ones i got were nowhere near the ones pictured. The day i ordered had a $20 charge from the same place when i didn't order anything else. I canceled my card and got a new one. This place is a straight up SCAM!

I purchased an item from Spinpaper.com (a coat). What arrived was not the coat advertised. I've written the company each time asking for an RMA and each time they refuse to refund me the $ or send an RMA. I plan to return the coat to the company at the NJ address from which the package was originally sent. I have attempted to attach a PDF of the entire stream of correspondence/excuses as to why they will not send an RMA and why they will not reimburse me the full amount (i.e., trouble with the company financially, etc., etc.), but the system is not allowing me to upload a pdf. Please let me know if I can send it you separately.

My husband ordered boots for Christmas for me. The product on the website that we got was NOTHING like what was sent to us. I've been emailing this company for 3 weeks trying to get a return parcel number so I can return the product and get my money back. They keep giving me the run around, offering me a percentage of my money back, telling me to keep the item and give it as a gift instead of returning it, they refuse to give me a return parcel number. Their return policy is 30 days from delivery, I feel like they're giving me the run around to try and reach the 30 day mark so time will run out for a refund. It's RIDICULOUS !!!

What was advertised was a beautiful intricate sculpture. What I received was a knockoff and basic portrayal of the advertised product.

I’m attaching pictures of what I ordered and what I received. I tried calling and emailing the company but neither will go through

Not long after ordering from this website my bank account was hacked. Could have been whoever is running this scam. But I have no proof of that

Website is a top result on Google listing many clothing, indoor and outdoor products. I have always trusted Google and felt comfortable that a website with multiple top results from a Google search would be legitimate. Unfortunately, after making a purchase, I came across multiple reviews of people having their money taken and never getting their product such as myself.
