Wanted my Bank Name

Asked me to go to Telegram. Had me down load the app to do a text interview with HR. Scam, there is no company that offers benefits after 1 month and double my pay. That's impossible. Wanted my bank name to deposit weekly or bi weekly checks into my account.

This started from a close friend of mine on ******** asking if anyone was interested in applying for an online work from home job. I was already suspicious, due to the nature going around with online work from home jobs, but I was willing to go along with it for a bit. The name of his ******** account is **** ****** and he has a picture of Kobe Bryant and his daughter. He gave me information to a ***** ****** who he said worked for SPINUTECH, which is a legitimate company, but his name wasn't found on the company website, nor could the company itself over phone, verify him. **** ****** gave me a telegram messenger number that belonged to ***** ****** - +* ************, and his telegram username is ************ He claimed that he would send me a check to purchase equipment that is too new and too expensive for a new employee, that's where I knew it was a scam. Unfortunately I don't have any other information than the ******** account of my "friend" who sent a post about it, and the Telegram username, phone number, and email, *************@gmail.com of the actual scammer, so I had to mark random things above, apologies. I did give my Full Name and Address out but that was it, and I'm not really worried about that per say, just worried about others not catching on and getting that fake check and being arrested for fraud.
