Scam they take your money and you don't ever see the product

I placed a order for $118.00 on Dec 17 2021 I have never gotten the products I ordered . I have left voice mail and sent multiple messages not one time gas anyone responded ! So I contacted BBB and they will not even respond to them please goto etsy or another site to order the shipping is a little high but at least you will receive your items. They should be legally made to take the website down . It is an open door fir this place to steal money from people !

I ordered 2 sugar gliders wheels in May, 2021 from this company. They never sent them, never answered my numerous emails, calls, voice mails, etc… They say that their orders are back logged and it may take time. I understood that because of Covid. We’ll here it is November 2021, still no wheels. I feel like I was scammed by them saying that things are delayed it gets them out of any resolutions you could get through PayPal or your bank. They have a good scam by taking peoples money for products they never deliver then hide behind their orders are backed up and be patient. By waiting and being patient trying to work it out with them your resolution times are expired. I lost out on $133.77. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They steal your money, never communicate, wastes your time and never send product!!
