On August 13th I noticed that a total of 9 payments came out of my account while 8 payments were not authorized by me. I emailed Spirilet and received an email indicating that a refund had been issued and the account was corrected so it would not happen again. However, the refund was only for 1 payment of 29.99 (indicating order #172249 which I did not place an order for).

The order number I placed was 121932 for 29.99.Your organization withdrew unauthorized order numbers which are as follows below:

each withdrawal was for 29.99. Which I DID NOT authorize.
Please note that each order below (unauthorized) does not include the zodiac signs requested, nor a tracking number which is unlike my true order 121932 that indicates paid and status fulfilled with each zodiac sign I requested and a tracking number for my order.
Please also note that I placed the order at 10:31am and reachout via email (several times) during business hours. However, all the orders I didn't authorize were completed between 1 and 2 am.
The organization withdrew again, unauthorized a total of 8 payments @ 29.99 and 1 authorized payment of 29.99. I have received a refund for 29.99. Therefore, I am requesting that I receive the remainder of a refund for $239.92. Please advise when this transaction will be placed.
