I ordered from spirit halloween online on October 2nd 2023. Once my order went through I received a confirmation that my order was placed. I received several emails telling me my packages were on the way and where they were. On October 25th they sent another email saying it was delivered. It was not. I have door bell camera and it shows it was not delivered. I contacted the place via email and every time I got the same email but from a different name and from several different email addresses. The tracking number I received was not valid as I had checked with the post office many times and was told it was a scam. I have all the email addresses and my door bell camera to prove I did not get my order. The name on my bank statement says scuppi denver colorado. Spirit Halloween is owned by Spencer's and the products would come from american not China. I have contacted Spencer's to notify them of the scams taken place with their name. They also told me what I already knew, they don't have a store in China.

I ordered items from Spirit Halloween. A witch and a LED rocking chair. I was provided with tracking number AS029630453cn . the company they used for shipping was china postal express and logistics. it showed that the item was delivered last monday but I never received it.

I attempted to buy some Halloween decorations from marketplace on Facebook. Made the order, then thought something was fishy. Tried calling the number that was listed on my credit card charge and it wasn’t non-used Verizon cell phone number. Called my credit card company to report us. They also tried using a different account to get $.99 out of my account as well. Then tried charging me the full $49.95 again.
