Spirit Halloween Imposter

Placed an order online with spirithalloweenwh.com. Ordered Halloween items but the charge on my card is a clothing company. I never received the items. My card was charged by merchant Agarconstyle in Denver, CO. Tried calling their number and it's a non-working number. Received a tracking number but tracking number not found. Others have identified this as a scam website.
