I bought a retirement gift for my mom from their page. After the original email saying that my order was being processed I received no other communication. I tried contacting them on fb messenger (before I bought anything they had been very responsive to msgs) but got no response. I tried multiple times to email the tracking email, but none of my emails would go through and i was told that the email was no longer connected. I am now blocked from their fb page, and I still have not received the retirement gift that I ordered.
