I had ordered a dream catcher and a tapestry from the company which claimed it took at least 5 weeks (excluding holidays and weekends) to come in. I received my product BUT I was not aware they were secretly charging my account $12.47 for a “membership program” that I was not aware of. On my email receipt from the company it shows that there was a premium membership added but for $0.00 which I was initially confused about when I ordered the items. I was never made aware that they were charging me and I’ve even had to contact my bank to give me a refund twice now. They are being very sneaky when it comes to this. I found an email from the company that contained a link for access to items if you had the membership and once I clicked it to see if I could cancel it showed that it was not a website. I even went to the extent of changing my bank card numbers but they are still charging me. I am very upset that this is happening as I don’t have enough money as it is. This business is fraudulent and scamming people and needs to be shut down.
