I was approached with a job offer through Indeed and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring representative. The job is remote. My job title is Supply Associate, and the description of the role is "distributed warehouse service," which means my duties were to receive packages, inspect them, print shipping and tracking labels, and relay them to FedEx, UPS, and USPS mail carriers. I signed a legally binding contract and underwent an extensive onboarding process that detailed the work and role of the job and the payment method. The job begins with a mandatory 30-day probationary period, during which you still work full time and are sometimes asked to work overtime (after business hours and during weekends). They claim that you will receive a paper check in the mail after the 30-day probationary period is over, but apparently this check takes an additional two weeks to ship (even though the packages they mail you for work arrive within days?) so you don't receive your first payment for at least 6 weeks. Not only that, but once the probationary/training period is over, it takes them 2 weeks to review your work before offering you a permanent full-time position with a new contract. The paycheck was never delivered; all contact with the payroll department, hiring representative, and company personnel through email and phone ceased. The website also stopped working and the company phone numbers were disconnected, and calls drop without ringing.

Its a reshipping scam where you receive merchandise purchased with stolen credit cards and then you forward the merchandise to various addresses around the US. When the thirty day period is over they will tell you the business went bankrupt. In my case they offered me a position at "Future Leverage, Inc." of Jacksonville, Florida where they would set up an LLC with me as the Registered Agent and then directed me to open a bank account so they could inject cash into it and I would earn commissions. I went along with it to see if they would actually create an LLC and spend the money to register with the Secretary of State. They did. But they got hostile when I told them in order to open a bank account I would need to provide the bank with the LLC agreement that lists the principals. The guy refused and got agitated. I then told him to go "pound sand." They are laundering money from who knows where. The guy's alleged name was "Kirk Winnick." I am positive it is a Nigerian scam.

Same as others where I worked for 30 days and was not paid. They stopped communicating and never responded to me again. Now The website is no longer working either

They contacted me with a job opportunity and said I needed to receive packages and deliver to fedex/ usps. They gave me paperwork and interviewed me through a phone call. They even have a website to input the data/ info of the packages and at the end of the probationary period they never sent a check.
Supply asssociate scam

Like others have said, this should be class action or rather a "collective action" lawsuit.

i did the 30 days plus more i processed shipments after hours i did a lot of after hours was told the check is in the mail as of the 10th its the 16th still never received it i was counting on that money now I'm behind in bills, car is being repossessed ,eviction and more should be a class action lawsuit

I received an email to apply for a work from home job. They stated that I would be a supply associate receiving packages at my home and reshaping them to customers. There would be a 30 day probabtion period in which i would be paid after the 30 days $3200 along with travel expenses and had the option for becoming permanent and increasing my pay to $3600. I filled out a w-2 and shared a copy of my ID. I had seen posts about reshaping scams and came across one about this company in which I immediately told them I quit and they have been blowing up my email threatening to sue me since I signed a contract to work for the 30 days.

I was offered a job as a supply associate. I would receive packages to my home unbox and assess them re package abd send them out via USPS FedEx or UPS. I was advised of a 30 day probationary period after that I would receive and amount of $3200 vis paper check. After the 30 the company would determine if i would get a permanent position. At that ti.e the minthly salary would increase to $3600. I was advised that i would be reimbursed for travel any supplies I buy to perform the duties of the job. I was asked for a copy of my ID and lease for my residence. I was asked to do a background check or asked for any financial information. I would was also advised of multiple additional bonuses that i could receive during the 30 day period if I was performing well.

Same as the last claim filed except spitako had me fill out a w9 for taxes so im sure they have stole my identity since they needed my ss for the documentation, this is dissapointing as we are wasting our time and money that we dont have much of to begin with.
