Splash Cargo Freight is a Scam!!!

My story is very similar to the one from May 24. This company and the breeder they work with are both scammers! The Breeder's name is Jennifer Moore English Bulldogs they are on Facebook (now removed once I stated they were a scam). The Breeder claimed it was $1500 for the dog. I paid a down payment of $400 dollars, and not too long after I received a confirmation with Splash Cargo. This company then tells me I need to purchase an electronic crate for the dog which would be $600 to rent or $1100 to own it. According to them the $600 would be refundable. Okay. It didn't sit right with me so I asked what forms of payment I could use. They told me they only use apple pay, cash app, or Chime. I told them to rot in hell and I want my money back of which I will never see. They are a major scam!

This company is a scam

This company and the so called breeder they work with are both scammers. The Breeder's name is "It's a Yorkie life," they are on Facebook and they promise to ship you the yorkie of your choice. The Breeder claimed it was $800 for the dog. It was cheap, so I asked were there any other charges and I was told no. I paid a down payment of $400 dollars, and not too long after I received a confirmation with Splash Cargo. I'm thinking so far so good. No, so wrong. This company then tells me I need to purchase an electronic crate for the dog which would be $600 to rent or $1100 to own it. According to them the $600 would be refundable. Okay. It didn't sit right with me so I asked what forms of payment I could use because I was only willing to use a credit card or PayPal. They told me they only use apple pay, cash app, or PayPal friends and family. These are the same forms of the payment the breeder used. They emphasized paypal is friends and family only which means you can't dispute the transaction or get your money back. At this point, I'm realizing that I have been scammed. I also noticed this company and the breeder were texting me back to back which leads me to believe they may be the same person. I told them to shove it and hurried to put a stop on this payment. They are a major scam.

Hold chow puppy

The breeder in this company are in together on the scam. Miranda Baker set up for me to come and pick up the puppy from her and then change her mind and want it shipped. I’m 2 1/2 hours away. Then they called and said they needed $1000 for insurance and it was refundable as The was there. 1500 for Puppyshot once again refundable delivery. They called and said they needed 2500 registration fee for coming into State. Then they called and wanted another thousand for clearance to bring it in when I refused and offered to meet them to pick up the puppy and get the money refunded that I already gave them. They also refused. No longer answering my calls. Neither is the owner.

Holding my St. Bernard hostage

After a bunch of documented written correspondence with this company about receiving my puppy and their demands for additional $900 that I refused to pay I just received this in my text messages:
Subject: Urgent Action Required Regarding AKC Lawsuit for Pet Abandonment

Dear [Customer],

I hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that due to the ongoing AKC lawsuit regarding pet abandonment, we are compelled to take necessary actions. It has come to our attention that your outstanding balance of $500.00 remains unpaid despite previous reminders.

Please be advised that this is the final notice regarding payment. Failure to settle the amount within the next 48 hours will result in further legal action being taken against you to recover the funds owed.

However, in the spirit of amicable resolution, we are willing to process a full refund of your payment and arrange for the puppy’s safe return upon receipt of the final payment. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.

We urge you to take this matter seriously and respond promptly to avoid any escalation of legal proceedings. Kindly make the payment at your earliest convenience to avoid any inconvenience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to resolving this issue swiftly and amicably.

Holding my dog hostage

I purchased a St. Bernard puppy from a breeder in New Mexico, It cost me $200 in shipping fees paid to the breeder. the first issues I had were with the breeder itself who at every turn had excuses why they were trying to scam me for different amounts of money, when I got strict with them, they told me that they had placed my puppy with these shippers and that it was going to cost me another $900 to get my puppy shipped from San Antonio to Buffalo New York, I refused to Dish out any money to these people and amazingly the puppy never made it to my home.

As I was looking for parts for my car. I came across an Instagram profile goes by @lowlow_classic and acquired about some parts he has for sale. He wanted payment for it and only accepted only cashapp or applepay and becuase I don't have these payments he said he can take a wire transfer. I did and money went through said my items were being shipped by a 3rd party. They wanted another $999 for insurance fee since it was going to be an international flight. I called all the phone lines possible and at the end no answer and only people who didn't speak good english.
