I was purchasing a puppy from a breeder that was to be delivered to my home ,the breeder claims her husband had an accident and broke his leg. The breeder said she took the puppy to Splash Cargo service to make the delivery. I got a message from the man doing the delivery that there was international flight insurance of 1200$ now the puppy is not even leaving the state of NY. So not they are claiming they are not going to deliver the puppy unless I pay up . I haven't signed any documents claiming the pup is my property. I'm being told the puppy is at the airport, they won't tell me where, the breeder won't tell me why the puppy wasn't just driven here being only an hour away.
