Offers refinishing of furniture and cabinets or cupboards. Business name is Splash Refinishing. Has website to lure customers. Business address is 122 Saunders unit 10 Barrie Ont. There is no business with that name at that address. The sales rep is Andrea Ross. She comes to your home in person and makes a great sales pitch. Once you choose your new paint finish, she says her crew will come and pick up the units for refinishing. But then it turns out that her crew is her and her husband. They take your units and ask for a 50% deposit. The check is cashed immediately and then they disappear. Endless phone calls result in endless lame excuses. Then phone calls ant texts are not replied to. It is impossible to locate Ms Ross' home. Your money is gone. No receipts. Your funrniture is gone.
