A recommended product appeared on Facebook with link to purchase on website. Purchase was made on 11/07/2019 for a dish rack. I received a confirmation email from [email protected] with an order number. I have yet to receive the product ordered. The link to the website from the email leads to nothing and so does the link to "view your order." From my bank statement is is listed as a payment to VELSCCISTORE in Amsterdam. I have not received an email response regarding my missing item. An internet search for "Spledor" online store leads to nothing.
