This business states that there is a 4-week processing time. After about 6 weeks, we reached out to inquire about where the sweatshirt was/whether it shipped. There has been ZERO contact with this business owner until recently, which is 4 MONTHS after the initial purchase. After creating a TikTok calling this business out for being a scam, we received an email from a "customer service" rep (someone OTHER than the sole business owner) ensuring that the product would ship on 5/8/2023. It did NOT ship, and we requested an immediate refund. We have not heard back or been in touch with this business owner at all. She ignores months of emails and started recently ignoring direct messages on Instagram and TikTok. She actually blocks people on social media for calling her out or commenting with their experience about being scammed. There is an entire Reddit thread dedicated to this, along with 30+ complaints on BBB. This company is continuing to post and advertise their products, and more people fall victim to it every day! There is NO way to warn unsuspecting consumers because the company removes comments and blocks anyone who tries to warn others.

I never received my order. I placed my order on June 6th, 2022 for $189.44. I was charged for

shipping even though my order total was over the required to get free shipping. This was remedied

and I was refunded $4. Come around July 16th, 2022, the USPS website updated and said a label

was created. I kept checking and it continuously says "Label Created, not yet in system" STILL.

I wanted to give the shop owner the benefit of the doubt as I had communicated with her before. I

hoped it was a fluke. It was not. I have reached out MULTIPLE times, first emailing on October 10th,

2022. Then DMing and commenting on her instagram multiple times. The dates of the dms were

October 12th, November 10th, November 17th, February 13th 2023, March 29th 2023, and again

today March 30,2023.

I waited too long to file a claim because I wanted to give her benefit of the doubt but that

backfired and now I'm out almost $200.
