The scammer's names are Don and Brandi Harris. They advertise for sprinkler installation and will come to your home and charge you for services that are incomplete and more for parts. They installed the ball valve wrong, overcharged us for parts, and blocked us on Facebook to contact them in regard to the work. They are also scamming people in Idaho and advertise that their services on Facebook Marketplace with a sprinkler head on their emblem. They did not provide receipts of the materials that they used for the overcharge nor advised of the higher quote before they bought the materials. They are a fly by night outfit that will install your system that doesn't work and then won't return your calls and block you on Facebook. They also instructed us to wait 24 hours to fire up our sprinkler system to let the glue set, which you do not have to do after speaking with others in the industry. Their work blew the manifold, and they tell you to wait 24 hours so they have time to block you. I have also checked with the Department of Revenue and they do not have a valid business license either, they are operating with no legal license.
