I ordered several products from Spongelle on 11/10/23 when a 50% sale was advertised and soon after, was charged cost on my Amazon cc card. Never received products and repeatedly told through Spongelle internet chat that shipping was delayed 1-2 weeks although cc charged and order placed over a month ago. Finally, today, communicated that my order was lost (but Spongelle CS rep was able to locate my order on each chat) and my cc card would be reimbursed. Haven't seen reimbursement yet but also question why order was located previously but not now???? Spongelle is still advertising products at 30% sale so why were my 50% sale items lost when Company now advertising 30% sales (better profits!!).
