Looked on Facebook to buy a cat. Dowell seemed legit with lots of good reviews then the when expresslogisticx.com reached out to get "refundable" money I got suspicious and looked at their website. Website at first glance looked fine but looking closer it was all generic nothing specific like a real phone number that I can call. Then I found the review here and was certain.
