Ordered some products online from Italy that i have purchased before. later received an email from DHL saying that they paid the "duty" and was suppose to pay them back. Called the company in Italy and they said that fee is only if you lived in Canada and if someone else is telling you you need to pay them back it is not factual.

The seller on FB Marketplace advertised themselves as Bath and Body Works and had three wick candles on holiday special. They said they were based out of California, however, after the debit hit my account it was from BELFAST, IRELAND. I have attempted to contact with no success.
