I ordered spores from https://secure.sporestore.com/ to use in mycological lab studies and paid in bitcoin through the vendor. The vendor has yet to process my order, recognize that the order has been paid for, or attempt to make any corrections in relation to purchase of said products. I have sent multiple emails to their customer services department and have had no response. However if you email them from a different email asking "general" questions they reply within 24 hours.

They are simply scamming people who are trying to do mycological work.
