Several, myself included, have made purchases via their website, receive an email confirming the purchase, and even a notice from the USPS that a shipping label had been created. But no product is ever shipped. After contact with them the said sometimes the USPS doesn't actually track the item and yet it is actually on the way. They gave me a day it would be GUARANTEED to arrive, but nothing ever came.
