Sports and Fitness Exchange has a FB page under the name, ‘Fitness and Gym Equipment for sale near me’ advertising fitness and gym equipment. On February 18, I inquired about whether they had any plate loaded neck machines, a salesman (Stan Sanders) responded via FB PM that they did and wanted $210 for it, and that they would deliver it to me for an additional $60. I agreed to the price and had my son pay the $270 via his PayPal account. After the PayPal payment was confirmed Mr. Sanders indicated the machine would be delivered on Friday, February 18 to Martha Layne Collins High School in Shelbyville, KY (where I coach football). On Friday, February I had not heard anything from the delivery team so I PMd Mr. Sanders as to the delivery status. Mr. Sanders indicated there was a problem with the delivery van and he would have the driver contact me. I received a text from the delivery driver who wanted me to pay an additional $210 to fix their delivery van and they would deliver the machine to me by March 1. After several PMs with Mr. Sanders and a run around, I requested a refund for the $270, he indicated they would refund me only $210. My son in the mean time filed a dispute with PayPal for $270.
