FastestPayout on Twitter claims a sports-betting handicapping service (gambling consulting/advising) and he is supposed to provide these picks in a VIP Discord (a chatroom). He offers packages like $1776 for the NFL Football Season. Once he gets payment (usually through Coinbase or Venmo or other means), he starts acting suspiciously and fraudulently. He will delete the Discord chatroom. He will block you or ban you on Twitter. He will demand more money from you or kick you out from the Discord or block you from Twitter. A client will have paid for gambling picks, but once the money is sent, Fastestpayout can and will do anything to not provide you service.

What he does is post tickets on https://twitter.com/FastestPayout and then uses the website as a launching pad to gain more clients
