I ordered a Liverpool Hawaiian shirt for my spouse for Christmas 2024. The order was placed through this website Dec. 14th, but the shirt did not arrive to my address until January 30th. Other items arrived on different days in January as well. This one shirt in particular was poor quality. The colors were very faded, and the advertised shirt on the site has bright red graphics. When the shirt arrived, it was white and dark brown. I was even willing to send it back to them to exchange, but they had refused. So now I’m requesting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I even tried to request refund through PayPal and they lied to PayPal so I could not get my money back.
