I found Spring Appliances through a quick search for a specific TV from LG. I purchased it off of their website and received a confirmation email the next morning. Later that day, I received an email asking to call them to schedule delivery and set up. I called them, and they tried to upsell me to a different TV. When I said that I was certain that I wanted the one that I had purchased, they abruptly hung up on me. I called back and asked about scheduling a delivery date like the email had said, and I was told that it'd be at my house in two weeks. It's since been over a month and I have called multiple times. They either hang up on me or tell me that they have sent it to a third party shipping company, that they've lost the tracking info, and that it is no longer their responsibility. After a quick internet search about this company, many other people have been scammed out of money by them. They have not charged my card for this 'purchase' yet. I am worried that they will, considering they have my credit card information.
