On their website it advertised a very popular Spring Easter decor that was going viral but every legit store in the USA was sold out. This company has the USA Flag on their website so one automatically assumes they are in the USA. Their website looks legit with customer service contact through email only. This is the only way I was able to communicate with them. However since my complaint they have changed their email customer service contact. Very suspicious. Their tracking number is from China. When I complained that it was false advertisement to say shipping is from the USA takes 5-14 days & shipping is free for orders over $39. I was upset my order was being shipped from China. After 14 days of waiting and checking their tracking my item has not shipped. I contacted them again and demanded a refund for false advertising and not receiving my product. They responded by saying they can’t refund me because the item had already shipped. Which was a complete lie according to their tracking website, it still stated it has not shipped. I began disputing the charge and they stopped responding and now their customer service has a new email. It’s been over 2 months and I still have not received my order or a refund. Their website, email, contact info, & tracking system are all fraudulent. Please do not buy from Must-Buy.
