I have invested in this company called spring investment located out in Los Angeles Ca they said there regualted and licensed under the international finanical service commission license number is IFSC/60/241/TS/25. I started out investing $500 with them and my account manager started to do trading for me. Within in two weeks he made me $16,000 and when it was time for me to do my withdrawl they said I had to pay $1000 for tax purpose towards my withdrawl which I didn't have and didnt know. So I sent them the money the next day and for some reason they couldn't withdrawl my money some excuse they gave me about there system. So my account manager said the only way to fix this is to make more money on the account and trade for anthor two weeks, So two weeks past he made me total of about $40,000 and I wanted to withdrawl $25,000. I filled out my and when they forward it to there financial person she went to the bank and try to process my withdrawl but couldn't because she said that the branch manager is requesting a 5% bank charge of my withdrawl which was $25,000 which came out to $1250 so 5% of $25,000 came out to $1250 . I didn't have the money so I had to take out a small loan and sent them the money. So the lady goes back to the bank for some odd reason the bank manager is not there and the lady says he is really sick and has been admitted to the hospital which I don't belive. So she goes to the bank on Thursday to see if he returend and she says that he still in the hopsital and wont back for another two weeks. So I have gave this company over $2,000 and still haven't received my funds. I asked for a refund but they wont give me back my money and they also won't disclose there adresses saying that constitution between the company and the agencies regulating us, the physical addresses isnt to be disclosed. I'm not sure if you heard of story like this are see in fraud in the story but I feel like I;m being scammed i tried to take legal action but by them not having addresses to provided or phone number or a ceo is hard for to do that.
