A person texted me in response to me wanting a Maltese puppy (I have all the screen shots of back and forth texts), said the puppy was $600 and an additional $150 for shipping. I paid it, not realizing when he mentioned paying by gift card or cash app. He told me the puppy would be shipped at 11am the next day and sent me the tracking number. When I was driving the next day to O'Fallon, MO I got a call from Oklahoma, and it was the so called Logistic company informing me that they could not ship the puppy until all shots were given and that it would be another $500 to do this. They said that after they got the puppy his shots, they would ship him. I told him that I have never heard of a Logisitic company giving shots and that a vet was suppose to do that. Plus, I thought they were suppose to be caught up on shots according to the bill of sale. I have kept all messages, the Logistic and I have the bill of sale.
