I googled this man, thinking he was another Sprinkler Doctor recommended to me, and he was not the same. He gave me an estimate for sprinkler repairs and said he needed payment up front to buy parts. Overnight, I found out that my repairs could only be $125 or so, and he wanted $520. I confronted him and he of course cashed my check and would not return my money. No work was performed. His name is Jeff Davis, d/b/a Sprinkler Doctor in Jax, Fl.I contacted St John's county sheriff dept and they said they could not do anything. This happened on Aug. 27, so he has probably scammed others. I reported it to Florida Div of licenses, he does not have one. I reported it to Google and the FTC. No one cares. Terrible. Typical scam.
