Many people have been scammed by them through Facebook ad. They will use excuse such as Chinese New Year for all the late shipment of products we’ve purchased from them, then send out package from China, then transfer to a mailing facility (I believe) in California, but credit card charges are charged by a UK company/account. On one of their many rebranded accounts on Facebook, they posted a contact phone number of +86 909 614 5263 and then an Chinese address of “????????????8?720?-1” belonging to a Chinese company “??????????” which loosely translated to this address in English: “Room 720-1, 8 Yan Qing Road, Zhe Jiang Province, Hang Zhou City, Shang Cheng District, HangZhou, China. And the company name loosely translated to “HangZhou Qing Zhi Technology Inc.” Though not sure how accurate the information provided by them are true. The packages we are received are either socks or scarf (in my case, a scarf) which is not what the products we have purchased or close to the large sized of human dog beds or any of their pet products they have advertised or promoted. The shipment I got was send out through a Chinese parcel delivery service called YenWen and my shipment tracking number was: UG890922311YP. They also used email contact such as: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]. That’s as much information I can dig out.
