They quote you a price, take your money, then different things pop up that keep them from completing the project without more money. They began telling me I was being tracked by malware but asking for my info to get into my phone to do a scan. How do you know if you're not in it yet? I paid them twice before I caught on that this was a scam. I'm so embarrassed

They said they won’t refund me because they’re capable of doing the work, for more money
