This company offers to monitor cellphone usage so that parents can keep kids safe knowing what they do 24/7 on their phones. Well after purchasing an annual subscription of $89.99 my bank notified me that I had fraudulent activity on my bank account due to a recent purchase done with this company. The product never worked and when I tried contacting them, the phone number provided never worked, mysteriously disappeared from website and the only way to communicate with them is via email in which they stall customers by sending "troubleshooting solutions" that don't work. After numerous, about 15-18 emails, I gave up since every time I asked for a refund my request was ignored. After careful research, I came to other web reviews with customers who have experienced the same issues and have never gotten a refund from them. When you use the chat provided to communicate with them, a "Lisa Ray" appears to be helpful only when selling their service but not when you have questions as to why the subscription doesn't work. The majority of positive reviews are fake and never answered.
