Purchased a Ringdoor Bell 2 with Chime shown on website and I received counterfeit product. I attempted to cancel my order after I came across reviews about GearDate but was told the product had been shipped. I requested a return label and full refund and was offered $2.00 then $5.00 for my trouble and that I could keep the product. Do not buy from Spytos or GearDate.

I ordered a video door bell from them and they sent me a fake tracking number when I contacted them to see where my order was I got several emails stating to wait 5 to 15 more days. I emailed them back after the 15 days wanting to know where my order was again and was told it was lost in transit and a replacement was sent. When I pressured them for the new tracking number I did not get any response.. I finally emailed them again an told them I wanted my refund, they told me again to wait 5 to 15 more days, I emailed them back and told them I would not wait any longer I wanted my refund as stated on their page if not happy they would refund 100% guaranteed. Now I have gotten another email that the shipper has lost the order and another replacement is to be sent. I have emailed them again stating I refuse anymore so called replacement orders and want my money back. I have not gotten any reply from them again.. This company is scammers do not order from them....

I purchased an item according to the company it’s been shipped. It’s been more than they day I was supposed to receive it. Tracking number stills shows item hasn’t move and has not been given to Usps or any other provider. I contacted them and they say I’ll give you $2 back!! Instead of my full refund. That to me sounds fishy. I emailed them again requesting the full amount now they said we can give you $6 back. They are playing games.
