They sent me a square card twice. There's no information on the back of the card. On the back it said "Sutton Bank." I called Sutton Bank and the account was closed, only to have another account open. The card had my name on it. I spoke with Sutton Bank and they email me back and told me that I was a victim of identity theft.

Someone hacked into my cash app account, people that I have sent money to are now receiving notifications that they’ve had money from cash app taken from their account - the same amount of money that was transferred from either myself or them. Now my friends or family are out money with no way to contact cash app. They’re having to dispute the charges with their bank.

Received an email from Cash App to undisclosed-recipients asking to verify my identity in order to keep using their service (Square, Inc.).

Wanted to verify: Billing address, credit card, primary email address.

"You have 24 hours to confirm your identity, otherwise, we will be forced to limit your account."

Then there is a button to push to VERIFY NOW.
