Cash App Fake Customer service

I went to Walmart to load cash onto my cash app card. The Walmart associate and the money services department told me that I needed to have a barcode that she could scan in order to load the card and she didn’t know anything else about it. She did not know how I would get the barcode so she couldn’t help me. I did a quick Google search to find out how to load cash on my cash app card. The website came up and it was called Square Cash helps and it indicated that you could add cash to your cash app card and there was a number on the landing page. I called the number and spoke with someone who called him self Richard, I told him I wanted to load cash onto my cash app card he told me that I needed to buy an eBay card in order to load cash on my cash app card because after using the app AnyDesk he could not send me a barcode. Walmart did not sell eBay cards they sold other cards so he told me to purchase an Xbox gift card. I purchase two Xbox gift cards one for $100 and one for $24.99 he asked me to scratch the back of the cards off and using the app AnyDesk he was watching every part of my screen on my phone he asked me to go into my bank account which was overdrawn he then asked me to go slowly through my contacts where I have made payments from cash app and identified my husband and asked who my husband was. I told him that he was my husband he told me that he had to help me contact my husband so that I could be verify that I am who I am he help me take a picture of the front and back of my drivers license he also had my husband go into his account using the same AnyDesk app and I had my husband send me $1895 he didn’t have me going to cash app and did some transactions using bitcoin and somehow took the $1895 that came into bitcoin and took that away from my cash app account. The result of an hour on the phone with this person and it in my money of $125 not being on my cash app card as well as my husbands account being taken for $1895. I contacted the number after three hours because the guy told me that it would take 45 minutes to an hour for the money to show in my account and two hours for the money to show in my husbands account. I have called the number now eight times and no one answers. I used a different phone and called the main number on the scammers site and someone picked up when I begin to tell that person why I was calling they disconnected. I used a different phone to call the scammers number what he said with his direct line, someone picked up and I explained and they then told me again that I had to wait 45 minutes for the money to show up I explain to them that I had already read it waited for hours nothing occurred. When I started to ask them and plead with them not to steal our money because it was our house payment that person disconnected and hung up on me. I am now concerned that this individual has a picture of my drivers license front and back and can use it fraudulently. We are out of nearly $2000 and I do believe my identity has been stolen.

He was either Asian or Chinese. He told me in order to load my cash app card I would have to purchase a google play card in which I did the first one for 110 dollars and once I did he had me to download the anydesk app and give him this 9 digit code where I then hit the button to start a broadcast and then he had me to scratch the silver strip on the back of the google play card so he could get the code in order to load the money onto my cash app card and then he had me take a picture of the card and my receipt and send them to him. Then he had me go into my cash app, my chime app and my chase bank app claiming it would help him verify my cash app so he could load my money which it didn’t so I then went into the store and loaded 110 dollars more because he said it had to be a minimum of 200 dollars before it would allow him to load the money to my card all they while he was assuring me that all my money would be on my card so I wouldn’t lose any of my money. So I went purchased a second google play card for 110 dollars still not realizing that I was being scammed I did everything the same as before and he still couldn’t load my money to my card telling me he needed someone to verify or it would take 5 hours to load the money to my card.. so I lost a total of 220 dollars to a scam artist.
