The business owner reached because she was running a 50% off promo on Tuesday, July 25th. I requested an appointment for Thursday, July 27th and sent $75 to her cashapp as a deposit, as requested. The morning of the 27th she texted me requesting to reschedule. I declined the reschedule and asked for her to return my deposit of $75. She agreed via text. I asked her three more times via text and phone call and she ignored my messages. I did not recieve service due to her last minute cancelation, and have not recieved reimbursment of my deposit.
