This company is made to protect your merchandise after purchase (insurance) and they do not pay you what you paid exactly on the furniture just for the website price. I was told that taxes are paid to state but I got a complete reimbursement without the taxes and that’s fraud because I order for me to pay for the item I gave to pay the complete amount which includes taxes.
