We terminated our relationship with Sqish, then later name Squash, received confirmation that they received and agreed to discontinue services, and were later repeatedly billed for services not performed and previously cancelled. Prior to formally discontinuing services, the company would arrive unannounced and without advanced notice that a cancelled service was being provided. When asked to leave, the onsite provider encouraged us to report our experience to the BBB. We also filed a report with the Oregon Department of Labor, and the results are pending. Despite email exchanges demanding service be terminated, acknowledgment of receipt of the emails and agreeing to terminate services, they continued to bill us and provided no services. We asked them to stop harassing us. They waited a couple of months and billed three service charges on a credit card.
