Lead you to believe their products are authentic, but they aren't. Squishmallow knockoffs, that don't measure the size they are supposed to be. Good luck getting customer service to answer you. Product goes missing and they tell you to wait. Seems like they expect people to forget about their purchases until their payment can no longer be disputed through Paypal.
