I received a letter saying I owe $21.29 to a dept collector from North Shore Agency collecting for DYNAMIC RESOURCE GROUP. They state if I contact them I can dispute all or part of the debt. I never heard of the company before and I owe nothing. They gave a website to gain my rights under federal law...www.conaumerfinance.gov/comsumer-tools/dept-collection/.

I'm not paying anything because I don't owe anyone anything.
