I completed a survey online for what I thought was Sam's Wholesale Club. I was told I would receive a free gift and would only have to pay for shipping. I paid and now I've paid three times $89.97 and received no products.

I tried calling a number which was associated with the product and the number was disconnected. I tried sending an e-mail and it was not delivered. I don't know how to stop these payments. I'm going to talk to my bank to see if some kind of alert could be posted when the next payment comes up.
