She went on to say I defaulted on a payday loan from EZCash or Speedy Cash, the amount was now 1385.00 including all the fees but they were willing to settle for 835.00 if payment made today.
I asked if she had the check with my signature, the check number and date, she then stated that if I don't comply then I would have to settle in court. I told her I would see them in court and to bring the check with her and told her, oh yeah by the way I've never had a checking account. She hung up. Definitely a scammer.
