Portrayed himself as handyman and knew how to repair my exterior staircase & gutter gap. Showed pictures of previous work that he and his work crew built including building houses. Stated he lives nearby my property. Emailed me Quote/Contract for $1250 and requested $1250 upfront for materials. Contract signed & deposited on 7//19/24, Asked that I zelle funds to his son Ezequiel Saucedo account via zelle. Ezequiel Saucedo text me his zelle phone number. Alejandro Saucedo finally came on 8/7/24 and did nring any tools, came back next day (8/8/24) but left cuz didnt bring right tools. Said he come back on 8/9/24 but no show. Called & text Alejandro Saucedo that Contract was Cancelled and to return all my funds ($1250). Very hard to get a hold of him.
