Answered call and heard recorded message saying that my SS # had been compromised and was being used to fraudulently file for claims. My number was going to be investigated by authorities and it was urgent that I speak to someone now. Press 1 or stay on the line then a foreign sounding man answered and asked how he could help me. I said I do not know you called me ( I said that on purpose to see what the person on the phone would do)You could hear lots of other people on phones in the background talking but when I said you called me he immediately hung up. My guess is that they are running several different scams and unless you tell them why you are calling, they do not know which scam you are responding to. Call ended and I immediately looked on the ScamPulse.com website to reinforce that it was a scam.
