I ordered an item, it was never delivered. I contacted the customer service and just they just keep saying they are resending a new item please wait 10 days. I contact them again and they say the same thing. I have demanded a refund but they said they are a small business and can’t give a refund and to please wait for package to arrive and I’ll be happy once my order arrives. This is a fake website and a scam to steal peoples money. Thank you

A Facebook reel showed "After Christmas Clearance Stanley cups for $5.99." The website looked legit with the Stanley logo and showed pictures of Stanley cups in a variety of colors and patterns including christmas patterns. The checkout process also looked normal name, address, email, phone number, and debit card info. After order was placed never received email confirmation or anything.
