Ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter and it did not fit. Tried to return it through their process on the website. Had to take pictures of my daughter in the dress to prove it didn't fit correctly!! Through a few email exchanges I was told to try to sell it and they would give me 15 dollars refund. I replied that I would rather return it and then they offered me 30 dollars for the dress because the "shipping cost would cost more than I paid for the dress" and that it would take over a month for me to get my money back. It was essentially impossible to return. The return time was also very limited and it does not say that on the website. Very shady practice. And very disappointing to be given the run around and basically told that they do not take returns after I made the purchase, with no prior knowledge of that.
