Said dog was 800 and shipping 300. When time to ship dog they said it needed travel life insurance totalling 1850.00 before it would ship. They took payment through Paypal and request you send it to friend or family so Paypal will not refund the money. Asked for refund and have heard nothing. He blocked phone numbers.
