I purchased a Stanley Limited Sales-Stainless Steel H2.0 FlowState Quencher Tumbler| 40 OZ for $19.90 plus $5.99 shipping fee + a .21 cent Fee Ln Adv: Card Fee VISA INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSESSMENT Date 06/10/23, for a total of $26.10. The charge hit my Visa on 6/11/23. On June 10, 2023, I received a order confirmation from "Stanley1913" [email protected] stating order Order 52429 was confirmed. I never receive the cup. I contacted the above mentioned email and they gave me this shipping # RG016688945CN on this website: https://t.17track.net/en. When I track it, it looks like is was delivered to San Jaun, PR 00926 on 6/29/23. I have contacted above mentioned email several times asking for a refund or to ship me my cup, but I get no response now and still have not received my cup. I had my credit union investigate and they state the transaction was processed correctly and told me to contact the Federal Trade Commission or Better Business Bureau. I would like a refund or the cup I purchased. I don't have a phone number of this company, but I do think it was someone pretending to be Stanley. Thank you. If you need emails, I have the emails of our communication.

When ordering from the website it legitimately looked like the actual Stanley website. Come to find out it isn’t and they shipped my order to the wrong address.

This company claims to be the Stanley1913 website but they are not. Their website is VERY similar to Stanley (https://stanlcy1913.com/) except that they replace the “e”with a “c” on the URL. I ordered two Stanley water tumblers and never received them. They have not responded to my emails after my original communication with them. They DO NOT have a phone number on file to call and there is a personal email to reach.

Ordered a Stanley tumbler and it got delivered to a different state per their tracking website. They refuse to do anything about it and limit their communication with me. Total scam.

A pop up sales ad was on Facebook or Instagram for Stanley Cups. I clicked on it and ordered products before realizing that the website name looked slightly incorrect. I attempted to cancel the transaction but it was too late. I have emailed the company for a month and they haven’t issued a refund and I’ve never received what I assume to be a counterfeit product. I lost $30.

I purchased two tumblers off of this website using PayPal back in mid may. After checking tracking, my package was delivered in Florida and never to my residence in Missouri. When I emailed the only contact information, they keep referring my back this tracking website: https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=RG015685085CN that only shows its been delivered to a different state. When asked for a refund now that its nearly been a month with no delivery, they refer you to your local post office which doesnt work with their fake tracking info. These cups are widely popular and i guarantee im not the only one not getting their orders.

The website is using a brand-name product to sell however, it is not brand name and it is taking the money without sending product

I ordered two Stanley cups, I was sent a tracking number and I was notified it was delivered to Florida and I live in a different state. I contacted customer service four times and continued to get a bot response.
