I found a Rent house in irving. 3836 Carver Pl Irving Texas 75061. Rent 1050 all bill included. The owner and his wife said the relocated to Atlanta Georgia for a work assignment 3 to 4 years and need to rent the house, originally were selling it but decided not to. The man said he couldn't show me the house due to busy schedule and basically couldn't ahow me the house in person. But i could atill rent it. We email and texted all afternoon about the details of rhe rental. He even aent me pictures of the interior of the house amd ofbhe and his wife. I tried to look them up on all social media but couldn't not find and information or pictures. This sounds to good to be true so I stopped corresponding.

I lookes on Dallas Appraisal District and MLS, apartment finder.

No money was exchanged but my name. DOB, Employment and old address was given on the application.
