I ordered two 40 oz. Stanley Flow State Quencher Tumblers on 5/6/2023 from a company that goes by the name of "Stanley-Cup" a week before Mother's Day, one for my Mom and one for me. Since they did not arrive prior to Mother's Day, on 5/13/2023 I sent an email to the email address that was on the website which was [email protected] asking them to cancel my order. I then received a response saying "Dear customer, we are very sorry, the order has been shipped and is in transit, in this case, we cannot cancel the order." I waited a few more weeks and sent them another email on 6/7/2023 and received a response saying "Hi,Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long.your order has been packed and shipped and it being delivered to its destination. your order has been shipped, you tracking number is... Please check through the website: https://t.17track.net/en. Have a good week." It is now 6/14/2023 and I still have not received the cups. I have also been receiving strange text messages with tracking information and have been reporting them to my cell phone carrier as I do not recognize the sender. It is now 6/14/2023 and I still have not received the cups.
