Ad on Facebook advertised Stanley Cups from Dicks Sporting Goods on sale for $19. I ordered them. I was sent a confirmation email. I was then sent an email saying my order shipped and a tracking number. The tracking number did not take me to a website. I emailed them and they sent me new tracking info. It said China post. I tracked it and it was delivered in Ohio. I was having it shipped to AR. I contacted them and they said I would have to contact the post office. There is nothing they can do.

Ads were all over the internet. Immediately after the order was placed I noticed at the bottom of the screen in letters almost the same color as the background it had the contact email "[email protected]". I sent an email right away requesting cancellation. Even said my husband had already placed an order to help the chances of my order being cancelled. Never received anything back. I emailed again today asking for a refund but it looks like whatever piece of trash likes to scam innocent people like this does not care. Just hope karma comes back and bites them in the *** when they are caught.
